Genuine question
Honestly, not really. There’s people on here from 12/13 to 60+ I believe.
It’s really a place where we can ask questions and feel confident to without being hammered because of it being viewed as “stupid” (albeit there’s the odd occasion where someone will just push it too far).

No age requirement. Welcome to R2R! Have fun and enjoy life is the only requirement I have!

I have never had anyone be rude/crude in the years I have been here.

I have not been in the Lounge forum in years....I suggest you stay clear since you are a minor

Whats the lounge forum?!??
It is a more general discussion thread of things not regarding reefing, that also stays clean but it isn't super active

As far as I know, there's no age requirement. I joined when I was 14, and I've seen a few people younger than me.

And there shouldn't be. I can tell ya that I am not an Internet Native. I was active in computing when the Internet was a bunch of dedicated sites you had to call into with a modem. And that's my weakness. Kids these days know how to work information sources better than their older counterparts. Thus, they have an incredible amount of knowledge at their collective fingertips. And a teenage brain, while lacking a certain wisdom defined by age, has the raw capacity to learn and retain knowledge better than mine anyway (six decades out). We can learn a lot from the younger crew here.

I don’t think there’s an age requirement, but there’s definitely a maturity requirement. Some have difficulty with that at any age.
