Aggressive clown fish

Hello guys, I have a 30 gallon tank with a pair of clown fish and a baby Mandarin from Biota. Recently the clowns started to become aggressive towards the Mandarin, he has plenty of hiding spaces, but he keeps getting close to the clowns and getting bullied. Any tips in what to do to get them to leave him alone?

you can try putting a mirror on one side of the tank and see if the clowns will move to that area. Rearranging the rocks sometimes helps too.

Were you planning on adding more fish? Sometimes with a few more fish everyone becomes a bit less territorial. I wouldn’t add more clowns though.

Unfortunately, nothing but a removal of one or the other is guaranteed to solve the problem.

The clowns may be a mated pair in which aggression will occur. adding an anemone will gain their attention and divert from goby
