Is there a hole in the light casing?

Is there a serial number visible as I can't tell from the picture because the label is really worn out and any pics / video of it working to show all the leds functioning and does the fan operate smoothly? Looks like the screws have been unscrewed and screwed quite a few times based on the visible wear on each.
