AI blade settings for a 13.5 Fluval Evo

Ive recently upgraded my light for my Flubal Evo to an AI blade and wanted to see what people think is the best settings for the colours as I am struggling to see which would be best. Colours available are royal blue blue and pure white.

Currwntly I habe mine at RB 32, B34 and W40

Honestly, whatever pleases the eye aesthetically. Without a PAR meter it's best guess.

I keep searching for the same type of settings info and can’t seem to find it. All I really want is what % of white, blue, green, red, etc. But seems that all the responses just go down some rabbit hole talking about everything thing else but that. Maybe nobody really has that info??
