AI Nero 5 Random Flow Setting

Anyone running Nero 5 pumps and has a good random flow setting? Post below!

I run my nero 3 on random flow in my 37g display that is 30 and 1/4 inches long all day long at 74% minimum and 83% maximum with right dead center in the middle medium changes through the day. The only change is from 12:30 to 12:45 I am running constant stream at 100% to stir up the tank for any dead spots while everyone is sleeping.
