AI Prime HD Bluetooth model. fan issues.

So my newest AI Prime HD the light was flickering and shutting off, today. So I took the screen off and cleaned it really good, I also cleaned the fan blades as well, I put it all back to tighter and now the fan spins for 20 seconds and then makes a sound and slows down spinning to only go back to full speed and repeat itself. Can you purchase the fans, I bought it but it was on a shelf for a long time. My WI/FI models are dong a lot better with no issue just the newer model is struggling.
Any ideas or tips. Thanks in advance.

So I ordered a new fan from Aqua Illumination the fan is about 13 dollars and shipping is about the same, looks like it is time for a hack on these fans.

Noctua makes the quietest, most efficicent PC cooling fan ;-)
