AI Prime HD help!

Hello everybody, I recently purchased a 14 gl peninsula tank and I added a AI Prime HD. I would like to start adding some corals (sps and lps). What intensities do you guys recommend for that size tank?

30% is what I'd suggest. I run my IM10 around there. I cranked it up to 50% for a while but was wiping the glass down like every 20 minutes.

I run my Hydra's HD at 57% my settings are below. I would suggest to run a acclamation cycle when changes are made for more intensity. The key is finding the spectrum that working for your system.
