My settinsg for my biocube 32 above. I am wondering would it be benificial for me to copy what BRS did when they tried to mimic eco tec or would this be to much light?

What is your tank size and corals kept? It also depends on how high off the water you will be keeping the light. I have my AI Prime maxed out on blues/uv. The green, red and white at around 10-15% and most of my lps and softies are fine, even a few sps. I have my light about 10 inches off the water and it is not the prime HD. If I had the HD I would go up more on the blues, Just my personal preference.

I would suggest whatever you end up going with to use the acclimation mode so you don't shock and corals.
