I have an AI Prime 16HD FW light not in use and I was thinking of hanging it for some indoor plants this winter. Was looking at the hanging kit and wondering if it can be done differently. For the light and bracket, looking at less than 2lbs and a giant toggle bolt and the hole for it seems like massive overkill. Anyone ever skip the toggle and adapt it to use a standard drywall twist lock screw in anchor? I have 75lb ones just sitting in my work bench and thinking I could cut the bolt in the kit to size and hang it from that anchor.

I did it anyways. Took the drywall anchor and matching screw and it fit perfectly to the adapter. It's not going anywhere.
