I haven't seen one of those since like 2009! Good job keeping those lights around--I thought they were extinct!
You'll need to contact aqua illumination directly and request a firmware file be sent to you. Make sure when you email them, you say that you need the firmware for the original SOL controller. They will send it to you within a day or so.
