Aiptasia? These are HUGE!!

I think these are aiptasia?

Can’t imagine anything is going to eat these monsters. I’ve tried all the liquid “injections” you can imagine. The coolest was boiling hot water, although satisfying at first, I quickly realized I may have just spread it all over the tank.

I read on another R2R post, to slice it off at the base and cover remainder with glue. Think that will work?? These aren’t the only ones and of course they aren’t easy to get to.

In this hobby, it always something I’ve thought about starting over and quitting. I just don’t have quitting in me

Yup, big aiptasia.
The methods listed above do work, scrape off and superglue over the spot they sat

Maybe Siphon them out as you scrape them off - that way there is no chance of them blasting around the tank?

I had some as big as a finger…gone with B. Nudibranch took about 6 months!

I think you are going to need some Berghia at this point. probably take 3-4 weeks to start seeing them gradually disappear. but worth it rather than the frustration of trying to inject them.

Kalk wasser in pipette will melt them to nothing. Just make it super concentrated

Cover them with coral epoxy or super glue.
