Hello,

I'm having an issue with air bubbles in line, I found some topics here regarding about the issue but still I haven't been able to solve mine.

I'm using the hydro x10, currently running 3 dosing pumps right now. All of them have air bubbles in line, one has more than the others.
  1. I installed the check valves at the intake and outtake, right where the fitting connection at, but it didn't work.
  2. I order a new pump head, installed it and still air bubbles build up after a night.
I'm not sure if it is because of my dosing bottles have air vent that eventually cause it to create a vacuum back to the bottle?

If anyone can help me out, I really appreciate because I'm out of idea

Regards,

The only time I’ve ever had air in the lines is when there’s a leak somewhere. Check all the connection points. I don’t think you need the check valves, I don’t use any. It just creates another leak point. Put small tie wraps around all the connections too. That does seem to help. Other than that, I do t have anything else. Maybe post some pics of your setup?
