You could try a heavy duty peroxide dip on the rock

Most things tolerate peroxide very well - better than you’d think - aside from some SPS and other specific things

Peroxide kills polychaetes very fast

I plan to use a combination of peroxide and fenben to eradicate bristleworms as I upgrade to a new system - and then use peroxide to ensure I never have a bristleworm again in my new tank

Just an FYI - peroxide kills shrimp even faster than it does bristle worms. Most corals handle it pretty well, because they are adapted to handling peroxides that form in their tissues from very bright light energy.

Cleaner shrimp especially do not tolerate peroxide well , a lesson I learned a long time ago when trying to spot treat GHA with peroxide in the display (basting the algae spots)

Micro brittle stars die almost instantly in even low concentrations

Amphipods seem to shrug it off however
