algae? eggs? or something else?

for reference i’m talking about the red/orange dots

i went away for a few days and had someone looking after my tank/feeding fish and came back to these dots on the left side of my tank. my first thought was “oh no i have flatworms :(“ but when looking closer it doesn’t really resemble them imo + they don’t move. a few more dots have appeared since then but it’s not spreading to sand or rocks. i’m also not sure if it’s snail eggs. i have nassarius, red nerite, and trochus snails.

it’s somewhat difficult to scrape off. the soft side of my flipper doesn’t do anything, then with the blade side it takes a few scrapes to get it.

these are the best photos i could get cuz my camera won’t focus on it

should i just leave it and see what it grows into lol

Looks like a flatworm of some type.

Knock one off, if flatworm, will wiggle away in the water and reattach.

If so, not a keeper.
