algae growing

I don't know what I have growing. Dino or Diatoms. Not sure if this lighting is ok or is contributing to algae growth. Fluval sea 14517 (336 LED light).

can you give us some more information about the tank. Pics would be great and some background about the tank. There is so many things it could be it would be hard to say. any advice on lighting would also be given based on what is in your tank.
