Can someone help me id this algae? It's not hurting any corals. Nitrates are at 0.5. And also how to do i get rid of it? Should i just take it off with my hands?

Looks to be GHA but not definite. A clearer shot would help. More important than Nitrates are your phosphate levels. GHA, manually remove it outside of the system if possible and brush or inject with hydrogen peroxide. Also, Vibrant has been successful for me.
