Algae ID GHA?

This algae has been an eyesore for a few months now I’ve been manually removing it and got some banded Trochus snails but they don’t seem to touch it. Does anybody know exactly what it is? I suspect GHA but it grows in small tufty clumps and is a brownish green color.
