Can't tell anything from your photo and there's so many questions. Like does it come off easily? Is it wiry? Well, so on. Here's a great link to look it up: Algae

Parts are kinda stringy. And some if it comes easy and some doesn't. It's not as dark as cyano it's more of a bright red.

Algae Can't tell from your photo. Maybe Gelidium pusillum. It like high flow, upper rocks, so on.
