Please help guys. I have tried everything and this doesnt go away.
First of all, parameters
PO4 - 0,05
Nitrate - 4
KH - 8
MG - 1320
CA - 410
Silicon - 0
My sand bad was fine, until one day that i decided to increase my radeons from 80 to 85%. The next day this started.
This algae darkens the substrate in a dark red color, and has micro bubbles in its tips. Its not a long tip like dino ostreopsis.
Its worse near the tanks glasses. The bubbles go away when the lights go out, but the dark red doesnt.
It looks in the naked eye similar to a amphidium dino in the sand bed, but i have taken 50+ samples of the worst areas in the sand bad, not even 1 dino was found so im confident that its not.
The sample that i attached was scraped off the glass, just like you do to clean with of normal glass algae (its not a super dense sample, its a "flake")
I have tried to increase the flow, no changes.
My biome is pretty much ok, the reef has 2+ years of mature rocks but its an upgrade (moved 4 months ago), done slowly and packed with AF life source, copepods, af pro bio-s.
Does anyone have any idea?
