green cyano?

What are the characteristics of the algae? slimy, loose, does it stay together if you mess with it? Can you siphon it up, like it's a blanket on your sand?

It looks like cyano to me. I have this when I dose too much amino acids ...

It just popped up the last couple days I may try turning off the lights for a day. But I don't know what caused it and I wanna avoid it happening again if I can. Any thoughts?
