Algae ID

This algae is everywhere in my tank =/. Can I get and ID on what it is? I siphoned it off and cleaned my rocks but it's back in force just 2 days later. The hermits seem to like munching on it but they can't keep up. I was going to try chemiclean but my friend flipped and told me my fish could die..

Cyanobacteria, nothing really eats it. Reduced phosphate,nitrates and good flow are, in my experience with it, the best way to get rid of it.

Cyano, wave it off, and get the flow up in that area. keep waving it off daily until it stops coming back
