Algae Identification

Hey, Sorry if it's the wrong forum...

Could someone identify this leaf type algae for me please? And should I rip it out or let the pods feast.

3 months in and these have just started appearing (whites on high just for photos)

Ulva lactuca?? Google it and see

looks like sea lettuce/ulva to me. Most herbivores will be happy to eat it, such as tangs. Crabs and angels also eat it in my experience.

I just had Ulva appear in my tank too--before I even got an answer to what it was one of my CUC had eaten it. Apparently it's a fan favorite, haha.

Ah thanks all! Just had a google and it looks like that's what it is. Spent hours googling different types of algae and nothing looked like it.

None of my cuc climb up to the peaks of my rockwork, so any growing lower must be getting munched.
