Algae Problem

Hi everyone,

Can somebody please identify this algae and how I can get rid of it? It comes back extremely quickly and is starting to take over my tank.

You might to need to give us some tank parameters, especially nitrate and phosphate
Also a close up would help.
Maybe have to mods move this over to the nuisance algae department, see what customer service says
