Algae question about my tank

My tank is having a lot of green algae spreading is this a sign of my tank maturing and is it in the ugly stage and what can add to keep the sand clean and kinda get rid of some of the green algae.

Algae in the sand bed is a totally normal process, usually a sign that the tank is maturing. You could get a sand conch to help keep it clean.

would a strawberry conch work that what my fish stores have. And here the rock anything I should get for the rock

Strawberry works well for the sand bed, I would also grab some Astrea and Trochus snails

This is desirable. You should be happy, not trying to fight it. Just get a CUC and they will clean your sand. When you start buying corals, coralline on the frags will multiply and the green on the rocks will transform to pink. You can’t keep white rock in a reef tank.
