Maybe its was just the update i use 1,5 years ago.

Thought I would share that I have a standard model se11 that has the blue channel bad on. I noticed the color was different than my others and dug into it to find the blue channel not working. I purchased from breeze aquatics on Ali express. They have agreed to replace the light if I pay the shipping and tax. I’ve messaged them back to find out how much that will be. This light is only about 3 months old. The blues will turn on but barely and you can not even see them on unless I turn off all the other colors. Any electronics guy on here that might know what might be wrong to possibly fix it?

Thought the main issue was loose or detached blue LEDs.

@_AV can likely fix it

Noticed a new app version when opening the Android app today, but I get the message pictured below. Currently running 2.3.26. Thoughts?
I'm on 2.3.26 and get the same update failure. Just have to wait for another update to fix the error.

Anyone else having all kinds of connectivity issues in the past week? My 3 lights went from working perfectly fine for months to now having issues. Getting request timeout errors every time I try to mess with them. If I hard reset I can get them to respond to the app again but they very quickly lose the program again and I have to either reset in the app or unplug them. what the heck happened!?

I am having same issue with the blue leds not working now on all 3 I purchased from Breeze Aqua as well. I emailed them today to see what they say.

They will probably ask you for a video of the operation of the light while your using the app. I filmed my light with the phone in the same video while I showed turning on and off the blue channel and displayed the blues not working.

you can still use that guys, just look for a good technician in your area that specializes in fixing cellphones or electronics like pcbs and they can just resolder the fallen led beads just wipe across your hands and just remember where that led bead stays at

Ciao, pensi che sia possibile sostituire la ventola con quella della Radion? Ho visto che quella della Radion ha 2 fili, quella dell'AS8 ne ha 3. Ti allego una foto della Radion e di quella dell'AS8.or something more adaptable performance.

Hi, do you think it is possible to replace the fan with that of the Radion? I saw that the Radion one has 2 wires, the AS8 one has 3. I attach a photo of the Radion and that of the AS8.or something more adaptable performance.
Some of Radion fans are noisy; you don't want to switch to them.

I just received two of the a8se II Max, I just can’t connect to them. I can connect to the WiFi of the device but when I try to connect to my 2.4 ghz network it just won’t. I saw a guide on here that mentioned changing the timezone but in my app that option is simple not there. Another pssobility is that my router doesn’t have the option to have a dedicated SSID for 2.4ghz. Can somebody confirm that this is the problem? I have more reef devices connected to my 2.4 ghz and never had a problem there.

Are you using the AIPAI app v2.3.26 or newer? The timezone should be in the "My" section at the bottom.

As for the wifi connection, are you using any special characters in your wifi password? It will only work with letters and numbers. And are you sure your router doesn't have the ability to create a 2.4g only SSID? If you have the router model number, we can probably find a manual for it.

I’m using version 2.5.9 I attached a screenshot of the my section, no option for timezone whatsoever, I actually do have a dedicated 2.4ghz SSID, as in that it is a separated network with 2.4ghz only. So that shouldn’t be the problem. I tested both lights multiple times, reinstalling apps, tried on different devices, reset the modem, turning phone on and off. It just really don’t want to connect. What I do is connect to the light wifi, open the app, then I get the direct connect prompt, go there, update the time, go back to menu, and push the + after that selecting my 2.4ghz network, enter the password(only numbers/letters, it’s awful long tho, it has capital letters, is that a special character maybe? ) than it will try to connect for a while and than a message that is can’t connect. I have a kamoer doser and redsea ato on the same network which works fine.

So you click the + to add device, you pair to it and then on the next window you can't connect to your wifi?
