Those are G4s for that price and are, what, maybe 7 years old? Don't get me wrong they are great lights. I am running two of them. But buying one of those for $300 just doesn't seem like the best option. Those lights are on borrowed time.
At that point the xr30 probably has close to 10,000 hours on it and is still twice the price of the a8se.
I've always wondered the same! Running 5x X30 Blue's here and have never been able to figure out what this actually does...
The app is used for different products and lights, the moon button is for the moon lights some of these fixtures have. What I found strange is the A8 has the pads for the LEDs but they're not installed. I'm guessing it due to lack of a channel for them.

How can I find these user loaded settings? I changed language to Chinese and clicked lots of things but couldn't find them.
Change to Chinese and Scroll to bottom of APP on the lighting schedule page, it's the green button all the way to the right.
Look around and you should find a lower price. They have gone up, but $185 free shipping will get you the a8se max. Mine was $125 on black friday.
I rigged mine up with those mounts on the HMS rail. I just had to drill out the center whole a bit and do alittle DIY bolt cutting to get it to like up good but it works
Does anyone know if these will fit on any rails? I initially thought they were made to fit onto the Radion rail, but they seem like they are just for their arm mount.
I have the same thing and actually now I've been playing with the app my lights are playing up. One seems to have set to correct program but blue light on top constantly flashing. Other light now not setting to any program I try to do and blue light on top flashing. Really wish they'd work on making a better app as it's all over the shop.
