Problems with aipai app today. Is anyone else having issues? The app will not communicate with my lights for some reason. I power-cycled the lights. That didn't work. Next will be to power-cycle the router. Want to see if anyone else is experiencing the same.

I have 3 A8 Pro II Max. They sync and adjust fine.

did u click on the "clip" button. I tried a couple of times and ended up - individually set similar schedule and controlling each of my light. :(

YZY aquarium store on AliExpress shows the A8SE Max at $188 all in. This is the one store someone said is finding a way around tariffs.

Well.. looks like they are definitely doing some shady crap to get around tariffs! My tracking just updated this morning to an actual UPS tracking number. It’s says UPS does not have the package yet and the origin address is in Canada

Finally an update!! For starters, I’m an idiot and the tracking info said Ontario CALIFORNIA, not Canada lol. It has finally updated, package is moving and ETA is 5/21

You can use the ecotech lense on these. You would need the lense if you wanted higher light corals all the way to the bottom. The regular lights would be fine with LPS/mid- lower light corals in the bottom half.

I have 3 mounted this way over 60 inch by 30. I would say double it for yours.

Did you use the lights bracket with the bar or is that all ecotech mounting items? I am wanting to do this exact setup with my 3 lights over out WB 190.5.

I just had my light delivered as well, I bought it from Reefstar Aquadium Store for 160€ and I payd like 3€ vamal fees.

Overall the price and light is very impressive, as expected now time will tell I plan get the pro model most likely to the big lagoon that I have in mind, this is more like to test the water and see how it holds up and how corals react, I’ll post updates soon and hope that my red mangroves that will go in the small tank will be happy with the light as well.

Does that seller have a physical presence in the US state? If no, then they are not suppose to charge you sales tax.

I would order on AliExpress. It's much cheaper.

Looking for some assistance troubleshooting. I configured 3 A8SEII lights with the AIPAI app latest ios ver. 2.3.25 All 3 lights show a green light status. But whenever I click on any of the lights it asks me "Time Correct - update the new time to device" Cancel or OK. When I click OK it updates to my current time. If I click cancel it goes to the wrong time. Which should I click?

Second problem, I picked an Preset map "Color" and set my photoperiod and save customer and save device. However the lights never turned on and just stay off. I can see that all 3 lights have a solid blue physical light buttons. Not flashing or blinking. But how do I get them to simply turn on and off by the preset map?

I personally don't time change and just run mine from midnight to 11 am. 10am to 9 pm my time. Make sure to save after you set spectrum one each light.

This sounds like you haven't set the correct time zone, so it's switching back and forth between the incorrect time zone and your phone's time. Tap on "Me" at the bottom of the app and set your time zone. Then the app should always have the correct time and stop asking you to update. This could also be why your light is not turning on at the correct time.
