Alkatronic Pro Connection issue

Looking for help to connect a new Alkatronic Pro. I submitted a ticket to Focustronic but I got an email stating they will be on vacation until January 6th.

Is there a way to reset the Alkatronic Pro to restart the Wi-Fi router connection? Perhaps it did not sync up to my router and now it is in lala land.

I followed their guide and connected to the router but never received the notification. My router does not see the device, even when i set the router to the 2.4GHz band. I have reset the router, cycled power to the alkatronic, etc. but still no avail. The unit rebooted per item 11 below, but no notification and I can not see the device to advance to calibration, etc.

Did you manage to get it connected

When i did mine i made and seperate 2.4ghrz network first i connected straight to the alaktronic changing my phones network to the alkatronic pro hot spot type connection then went throught the set up process
