I tested my my water at the lfs before a water change yo verify. The alk showed 101ppm (5.65dkh). I did a 10% water change with redsea coral pro and my alk is now mid 9s. Everything seems fine except for my tiny knicks torch. Any recommendations or should i just maintain the alk from here. Ive had a difficult time keeping the alk up.

Alk should be maintained between 7 and 10 without major swings in the value (no more than 1 DKH in one day). Adding kalkwasser to my ato is how I maintain my alk levels.

One or both alk tests is in error. Did you try your own test before going to the lfs?
This is my readings. The 5.6 was the lfs.

Just to explain the test issue, if the alk is 5.65 and a 10% change jumped it to 9 dKH, the new salt water would need to have been around 40 dKH, which is not sensible.

Over the course of the measurements posted in the picture, were you dosing anything?

What days did you do water changes?
