Is this normal? In a tank with copper power and Spectrogram. Should I toss it and add a new one instead?

I would, and also... check your fish closely for signs of ammonia. I’ve had some look like that while there was an ammonia spike...

Usually, you want to shine a light from behind to read the color. But, I’ve had a couple turn that weird grey color and it was either old and I decided it was no longer good, or there was ammonia.

I've had a few alert badges that didnt work. They looked just like yours. I emailed seachem but they didnt care enough to respond.

I tossed them and used new badges.

Thanks everyone, I added a new one. It's less than a month old. :(
