Does anyone have PAR numbers by chance from the new OR3 36 inch model at various heights above and below the water surface?

Well the first one arrived! The 2nd one will be here Monday. Orphek OR3 150 (6’) led bar. The quality appears very good. I will be selling my 9 month old 6’ aquatic life t5 hybrid fixture

I got my 150’s installed today. They are a little bluer than my T5’s, so I think I will gradually increase the whites on my Radions.

I’m in the process of ordering two of the or3 for supplemental lighting for my radion xr30 pros to reduce shadowing. I’ve been speaking with someone at orphek. I had my heart set on a blue and a violet/uv. Unfortunately they no longer carry the violet/Uv. After speaking with a gentleman at orphek they are making me an or3 with violet/uv as well as the blue. So they will customize for you if you ask. Also he told me that a dimmer box that they were planning on releasing this year is still in the works but won’t be ready til 2021. I asked him and he said that it will be able to plug right in to older units and dim. My friend had the same setup on his tank and had amazing growth and color so I’m hoping this puts me over the top as well. Only reason I waited so long besides waiting for the dimmer control was they recommend 16” mounting height. I’m putting mine in a canopy that has 9” so I was worried it would be too much. He calmed me down and said it would work in my case which is all I needed to here

My plan is to add two (2) of the Blue+ to supplement my six (6) radion xr30 G4 pros mounted 12" above the tank.

I was going to go with a daylight to fill in my tank since the single point of light from the X15 was causing my zoas to reach toward the center. I went with a 24” blue and it’s amazing. Hung at 12”. Will be adding these to my 120g and it’s halide when I get it running.

Well guys, after having the 150’s installed for a couple weeks, I think I want to add a couple more. I love the color the blue plus adds to my Radions, but I’m needing to boost the par in the middle of my tank where my sps are. I’m thinking of adding the 48” since the ends of my tank don’t need the extra light. What do you guys think? Good idea? I will save $200 by doing the 48’s instead of the 60”.
Would you guys put the 48” inside of the 60”’s or on the outside?

I have four over my Rubbermaid tub and love the extra strong blue light they put out to supplement my halides. Imo two on each side of any light is an amazing way to supplement.
