Water parameters are all normal to when the nem was happy but past few days aren’t doing good

Balling up they do it
As long as it opens up when white lights are on during the day. Doesn’t look ill to me . Did you have a post about this nem the other day . Also run some carbon for a week or so

Because this photo is in white light and your post at the beginning is under blue light makes the nems look like they have changed colour. Some of my BTA still deflate when lights out and re inflate when lights on . There mouths open up during feeding and pooping if it’s mouth gapes for a long period of days and carnt foot to surfaces then be concerned but the photos I see at the moment looks ok
