Anemone dying?

I recently got this mini carpet anemone about 2-3 days ago. This is the worst he has looked since. Any help?

mine look terrible in the past and I starting feeding every other day and it look great now.
Are your parameters in line?

If it starts to fall apart then it's done.

Parameters are fine. Ph is 8.3 Nitrates are 5ppm but that's it. Everything else is 0. He has good color and his foot looks good.

It could still be getting use to the new environment that it's been placed in, keep an eye on it.

Please go to my need help fast thread. I used cipro in a 10 gallon with nightly water changes and saved mine from far worse than yours. Maybe try daily water changes in QT and then cipro if that isn't working after a couple of days.

He is gone. Looked like mucus when I woke up. Fell apart in the net when I picked him up. dang :(
