Anemone emergency

Foot damaged
Hello, I was moving around rocks when the rock holding my anemone fell. It is now damaged on the edge and the part wasn’t sticking on. I am still in school and have no time for buying medications or a quarantine tank. Could anyone help me?

if you have no time for anything then theres nothing else to do but watch it and hope it heals on its own
