How old is the tank? Water parameters, lights...etc

Your alk shouldnt be high if you use instant ocean. That's why I switched back to instant ocean (from red sea pro).
There are many params which need to be inline AND stable for most critters to be happy.
Some things to consider:
1) Are there temp swings greater than 1 degree per day?
2) Are there other swings in Ca, Alk, pH, salinity, light, etc
3) Has something new been introduced into the tank (new lights, etc)
4) Is there adequate flow?
I would do some water changes making sure the new water is the same temp as the tank water. Make sure all other params are inline and stable. If this is a new tank, it may be unstable for a bit, just keep doing your water changes and take it slow.
Also make sure not to shock the anems w/new, strong lighting that they may not have had time to acclimate to.
Most importantly: do research.

Tank age and actualy parameters would help greatly... and if you could get some blue out of the pic its hard to see
