Is this a hitchhiker, or did you buy it? It's hard to tell what it is from the pictures

I'm sure it's an anemone. But he must have come as a very young hitchhiker. currently no more than 1cm. How long does it take for it to grow and how should I feed it? Can I give it artemia?
