This looks like a baby bubble tip to me, but I am not terribly familiar with ’nems, so I thought I’d ask you. What’cha think?

I found it amidst a bunch of Magician Palys on a frag I just got in. He was trying hard to blend in, but he didn't look quite right.

I also agree with majano.
 
Those are bad news. They don't multiply as fast as Aptasia, but fast enough and absolutely nothing will eat them. A few you can kill but enough of them, you mind as well dried or boil the rock and start over.
 
Just a side note...

Boiling a rock with Zooanthids can produce aerosolized toxic steam that will send you to ER half dead.

Best bet would be to just let it dry in the sun.
