Just got this anemone from my neighbor today.
They said it just split 2 days ago.

What you guys think its name is? They telling me its Rose Bubble Tip Anemone.

Also how long does it take to actually get bigger? Its currently like this since morning (9hrs)

It is a BTA. Feed him and he will get larger quickly. Feed every 3 rd days. I would squirt food you feed the fish to him and he will eat these food.

I have attached more picture, under no light.

Also this anemone seems to be all tall and wavy when lights are closed.
However, when the lights do come on, it shrinks (same as pic attached earlier), what could be the reason.

Looks like a rainbow, rose bubble tips don’t have those purple/pink dots on the tips

Some people such as my LFS sayings it's not a "bubble tip" anemone, but a "Bubble Anemone", or otherwise called corn anemone. Do you guys know what that is? That's the first time I am hearing it. And it's very invasive, and not a good match with bubble tips, as their sting is stronger.

Confuced as hell

Those are all common names for entacmaea quadricolor. Most people in the trade use the term bubble tip anemone nowadays.

So there is no such thing as 'Corn' anemone?

I have attached photos of all 3 of my anemones. Green one is RFA for sure lol, other 2 look different.

Its just that the appearance looks different, has pink dotted tips and the other BTA (the one at the top) is very puffy.

Lol, nah I am pretty convinced based on all your comments.
Was just a bit concerned if its not another anemone, such as condy etc.

Cheers guys.
