Hi, one of my anemones somehow made it into the bottom of the filter. I tried removing it, but it seems to be stuck. What should I do?

Cut out the slates and remove the nem. Add a screen around the filter so this won't happen again.

Is there any way around cutting the filter? If I left it off is there a chance it would come out?

About how long should it take to come out?
Never happened to me before. I would leave it at the bottom of the tank for at least overnight. Most people reported that the anemone will self-extracted itself from the mess.
