Has anyone seen one of these before I found it in the back of my overflow when I was cleaning it I thought it was one of those white sponges when I scraped it loose with the rod its stuck to it started to go down the drain so I tried to stop it with the rod and it stuck to it then I could see the tentacles.

And yea both my bubble coral were hitchikers and that big when I got them.

I've had aptasia a couple times in the past i am familiar with them from tiny to 3" in diameter. This is not like any aptasia i have ever seen. Im not saying that its not ive just never seen any like it. The aptasia ive seen have a long body/foot (the part that the tentacles come from). This is short and thick.

OK first let's make sure we are talking about the same thing. This is what I was talking about (inside the red circle; see picture below). However, you might be right because you own it and can see it in person. I can only speculate and I have seen aiptasia looking exactly like that and not 1 but like a hundred of them inside an overflow box. They turn white like that maybe due to not enough light.....
