Anemone not looking good.

I don't have too much experience with btas, mainly carpets and mags. I would consider treating an anemone like this in the future. Especially if it looks good a couple weeks and starts going downhill.

I have a mag that looked great for a couple weeks then started deflating cycle and foot was coming loose. I immediately threw it in a hospital tank and treated it with cipro. It's on day 5 now and looks great and foot has attached and no more deflating cycle. I'll leave it in there for 7-10 days and then will throw back in display tank.

I think I need to set up a hospital tank so I have it in the future. Is it just a basic setup?

Yes. You need salt water, 10 gallon tank, powerhead, light, heater, and medication. It's pretty easy once you get used to it, but of course requires 30min a day to change water and making salt water every night.

Thank you everyone for the advicer an encouragement. I am going to wait a little bit but I think I may try a BTA. Anny recommendations. I am not looking for something fancy or expensive. any advice on that subject?

In my experience this is incredibly common with Sebaes - I have no idea what causes it but I actually would put them in the magnifica category of difficult (if not more). Treatment may help, but this is very common for this type of anemone, detach and float until death.
