I moved my tank last week and my anemone has not really settled down yet. The past two days, he hasn’t secured himself to a rock at all - he is just kind of floating around. His tentacles have been sucked in and he’s been just open and roaming. Is this a concern or is he just settling down? Pics attached. I don’t see any damage on his foot, and I didn’t have to get him unstuck off anything when I moved it anyways. Water parameters are pretty great…

If it's not attached to anything you can try gently moving it towards a cave or crevice (they usually like to attach their foot out of sight). Sometimes they do roam for a day or two - so that's fairly normal.

Did it bounce back to health? Mine is looking like that right now...

I’m sorry to hear that :(

It did, the tentacles are not quite as plump as they used to be but it is looking better every day. I turned the power heads off for a couple days until it finally stuck itself down somewhere, and he’s moved very little since then but is eating and looking quite normal. I guess they are much more resilient than we give them credit for!
