I would like to get an anenome, but this is what holds me back! I just don't want to get a tank full of them!

It finds itself in an environment where it can possibly dominate, so it's dividing to rapidly spread out and occupy as much space as possible. Next time I'm in Palmdale I'll gladly remove one for my tank. Those are nice looking! :)

That's where I'm at right now. I now have 5 and they are starting to spread out and encroaching on some coral. Lucky they are on a single rock that I can remove once I finish turning my 20g QT into a nem tank in a couple of weeks.

I'm having the same issue. I was sold these small anemones as purple tips but not stating exactly what type they are. They don't get very big, clowns don't host them and they keep splitting. I now have 6 babies, I'm worried because I can't remove them without taking my tank apart abd they seem to like being close to my carpet! Any ideas what these are???
