Anemone squished?

So I put this anemone in the tank face up on a small rock on the top of everything she worked her way down here and looks completely squished by the rock should I move it or is she good where she put herself?

Thats one mighty bleached nem. Usually when they look like this and placed in a new tank, they will hide and die IME.

It looked that bright when I got it thought it was just a different color ‍ it's doubled in size since being placed in the tank should I move it?

Leave it. How long have you had it?

If the anemone put itself there I wouldn't move it. It'll just waste energy going back to the same place.

Okay thank you maybe she was already damaged when I got it from the store yesterday should I kill the lights?

So you got it yesterday and its doubled in size?
You may be noticing it expand and contract.
