Hi all, my anemone has been sucked into a tight slit where my pump circulates water. I have turned off all flow and even tried assisting the anemone by pushing him out but he is really stuck in there. I noticed a jelly like feel on my finger on the side that hes stuck in. What should i do? His foot is definitely still in tact and I can see him gripping the wall.

Keep the return pump off and let it work itself out
