Looks to be a sebae or atlantic species and if true, looks about normal. Its foot is lifted off sand which may be an indicator of too much water flow or bright light

Looks okay. How long has it been in the tank? They can take awhile to find their "spot"! As Vetteguy said the flow may have something to do with. Can you take a video?

Also @OrionN is pretty much the go to guy on here for anemones. Maybe he can take a look and advise.

He's very active but the person I got him from wasn't sure of the species hes a better video

It looks like an extremely bleached BTA to me. It will need a mature tank with stable parameters, but it should attach to the rocks and recover it's color over a few months time.

Anything tips on helping it or just it go obviously feed it n give it nutrients but other than that ?

Bright lights, stable parameters... Those are most important. I'm not sure how old your tank is, but if it is less than 6 months old you may have trouble because the levels can fluctuate as the flora and fauna find a balance.

It already looks much happier on that piece of rock rather than the sand.

Update he's doin better no color but hopefully in time he will heal he's wedge himself
