My salinity is at 1.024 temp is 78
I have him in a 15 gal should I put him in my 55 gal?

Nitrate around 10, phos .1 or under, alk in the 8 or 9 range, tank being cycled for close to a year, good lighting meant for coral. Those are the general idea for each thing I listed.
