Anenome woulnt eat

Please help? my starburst anenome isnt swallowing its food its eating and a day later caughing it up. Please help.

I would not try to feed it if it is not accepting it.
Food too large, wrong food Ect..
They will get most of what they need from lighting if it is sufficient

I have been feeding shrimp chunks for months should i change foods?
