Doesn't look very happy to me. How long have you had it? How long has the tank been running? Parameters? Any power heads blowing on it? Is the foot attached? What light do you have on the tank?

Information I would be looking for would be 1have you tested your water with reliable test kit 2 Have you changed any thing water flow / Lighting/ 3 Is the nem new or has it been in the tank for a long time . 4 Is the nems mouth open 5 Has the nem been on the move around the tank 6 How long has it been like the picture shows 7 How old is your tank. 8 when was it last fully open . Hopefully you can give us some info to help people give you there best advice
