Another G5 radion question

When adjusting my lights to 38 intensity and 100% schedule intensity i see my moonlights coming on and in fact more than just that after my lighting schedule ends. I go into mobius to turn them off and they still pop on. After I make any kind of adjustment all is good then after awhile I get them coming back on. I don't get the normal moonlights coming on after my lights go off for the night. I get this weird spectrum of low lights that stays on all night.
Does this make any sense?????
